PLATES ARE: Government issue. These plates were, and currently are in the white on reflective blue (or formerly, dark blue) series, resembling the Diplomatic series, but in a higher number block - namely with the two letter prefix AJ, AK, AL or AM, and a number in the range of 77000 through 77999.
