GRAPHICS USED:  Current issues have the national crest pictured in the center of the plate.

PLATES ARE: Offiically issued, red on white embossed aluminum, with four numbers and two letter, the letters indicating the oblasts (districts) of issue.

D1 2345 - Diplomatic or Consular Missions

K prefix - Foreign correspondents

M prefix - Vehicles belonging to embassies, consulates, international organizations, banks, companies, and other foreigners and persons without citizenship.

Motorcycles have similar plates, but the number is on two lines, on a smaller plate.

Tractors and trailer have similar plates to motorcycles, but with the letters on top of the numbers.
