GRAPHICS USED:  Most Burkina Faso plates have a small pale yellow star somewhere on the plate, usually as a divider in the serial number. Current plates are black on reflective white, with a small BF underneath a stylized map of the country, containing the flag image - a red and green field, with a pale yellow star in the center.

PLATES ARE: Officially issued, but some homemade plates are known.
