14774 - PENNSYLVANIA  - 1980's vintage CLASSIC CAR - some boob smoodged something like blue nail polish on the bottoms of the 8 and 0, which could represent the worst attempt to match a paint color in the history of restorations.  Overall a nice looking plate, and the missing paint on the two digits was a manufacturing error.  $21.00

13517 - PENNSYLVANIA - 2008 Hearing Impaired - this is a used issue, and probably one of the toughest of the PA types.  I've only ever seen one other used example, and it was the old blue base, and was number HE-00001 - the newer series runs from HE-03001 forward, so you can guess how many of these plates are issued!   A rare one - $155 or trade for rare motorcycle I need.

POSTAGE RATES: US and CANADA - $4.95 first one to three standard (6 x 12) plates (Priority Mail), $1 for each additional after that.  OVERSEAS AIR - calculated actual AIR rate, plus 8 ounces for box and fill - will include shipping total with invoice. C

DISCOUNTS: Buy over $200 worth, and I'll take 5% off the total.  Buy over $500 worth, and I'll take 10% off the total.  As always, I won't combine discounts.  You can use a coupon, or take the percentage, but not both.  Some of my regular/high volume buyers will get a set discount, regardless of order size, but this is for a select few - the more you buy, the better chance of getting on the "blue chip" buyer list..

Once I've sent you an invoice for your order, you're welcome to pay in any manner that's convenient to you.
