8123 -  URUGUAY - Very sharp brown plate, and a low number - Prueba Anual is ANNUAL DEALER - not an easy type.  This is the actual plate shown in the ALPCA archive. - $46.00

982 - URUGUAY - 1960's vintage Government Official plate - this is a nice low numbered plate, all embossed - probably a higher level official's plate. This is the exact plate shown in the ALPCA Archive, in the TyT section of Uruguay.   This isn't one of the "dime a dozen" issues constantly being offered on eBay, this is a used example, formerly part of the Dr. Klotz collection.  The "D" is the standard prefix for this province. - $65.00

983 - URUGUAY - Unusual HOTEL VEHICLE plate - this was originally offered to me as a Milk Truck plate, which is possible.  The C.D. PAYSANDU is Ciudad de Paysandu - TAMBO is "Inn" in Spanish.  A freaky little plate, around 5" x 10" - all original as shown - $42.00

985 - URUGUAY - 1960's vintage DEALER plate - if you're collecting worldwide dealer plates, this is a hard one.  A heavy plate, very nice condition, and truly used - not an eBay overrun. - Former Klotz collection.  Exact plate shown in the ARCHIVE - $42.00 

13135 - U.S. ARMY - 1970's-1980's era official plate - this plate (and the mate below) were removed from an old troop transport - this plate is VERY heavy thick aluminum, with a great low number - second photo shows reverse side of plate, to show usage.  The popularity of these plates has gotten crazy, probably because of the discontinuation of use, in favor of stencilled numbers on bumpers, etc.  This is a great low numbered example - mate is below. $65.00

6876 - U.S. FORCES in SPAIN - 1972 series - USFSpain plates used Madrid series plates, with a ZERO in the third position.  This plate is just a few numbers away from the one shown in the archive - $27.00

13509 - U.S.S.R. - Nice old "Cold War" era SOVIET ARMY plate - this one is hand painted, and has a different plate number on each side - nice steel plate - $48.00

13511 - U.S.S.R. - Nice old "Cold War" era SOVIET ARMY plate -  this one is heavy embossed steel, the white was re-applied by the Soviet Military authorites.  Neat ""OO" Cyrillic letter code at the bottom - $42.00

13513 - U.S.S.R. - Nice old "Cold War" era SOVIET ARMY plate - this one is the printed flat variety - I touched up some of the black with a marker, as there was some flaking, but it's a nice displayable issue - $44.00

DISCOUNTS:  Buy over $200 worth, and I'll take 5% off the total.  Buy over $500 worth, and I'll take 10% off the total.  As always, I won't combine discounts.  You can use a coupon, or take the percentage, but not both.  Some of my regular/high volume buyers will get a set discount, regardless of order size, but this is for a select few - the more you buy, the better chance of getting on the "blue chip" buyer list..
