If you put a plate on hold - that's a commitment to buy . Don't leave me hanging, folks - it's a lot of unnecessary work to have to keep contacting deadbeats for payments, and it wastes time I could be spending processing orders for people who actually WANT to order something - it also ties up plates that "non-stiffs" would like to buy.
