GRAPHICS USED:  Most plates still in use have a national crest in the center of the plate, consisting of a shield, star, and two lions.

PLATES ARE: Owner provided. It should be mentioned that there has been no functioning government in Somalia for a number of years, and although in some TV appearances, many vehicles in Somalia seem to still have plates in use, although some have no plates at all. Motorcycle plates are smaller and square, with the crest, but no arabic numbers or words.
